How to Wear
The upper set is marked with a U, while the lower set is with an L
Place the SEBARIS aligner into the front teeth region and gently applying equal pressure to your right and left molars (back teeth) according to the corresponding area (lower or upper) until it fits into place.
Avoid biting your SEBARIS aligner into place, as that can cause damage.

How to Remove
Slowly pull the SEBARIS aligner away from the teeth by using your fingertips from the back of your molars.
Then slowly work your fingertips forward to release the SEBARIS aligner from your teeth.
It is highly recommended to remove the SEBARIS aligner from the palate/tongue side rather from the cheek side.

How to Use
Ensure your teeth are clean before putting them on.
Take them off before eating or brushing your teeth.
Keep them on for 20-22 hours per day.
Store them in the provided SEBARIS case by facing the back parts toward each other.
